Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:

Standard shipping takes between 5-10 days. Items will be shipped only after payment has been cleared. We will endeavor to ship the item(s) the same day as payment clears.

Returns:

No refunds are given on SOFTWARE, MEDIA or SECOND HAND ITEMS.
Please choose your purchases carefully as refunds are not given for change of mind etc. However, at the Store Managers discretion, we do offer a store credit to the value of the item(s) less 15% restocking fee, for returned items that are in an unopened or saleable condition.
New Items are covered for a period of 1 year from the date of Purchase by the Manufacturer unless otherwise specified.
Warranty Returns tested to be functioning correctly will incur a $45.00 test fee.
